Diamond College of Education, Aba is a private college of education, established on 10th March 2016. The college is located at 113 Okpu-Umuobo Road, in Osisioma LGA, of Abia State.
As one of the four colleges of education approved by the Federal Government of Nigeria in June 2016, Diamond College of Education has the accreditation of the National Commission for College of Education (NCCE) also in 2016.

By this accreditation, Diamond College of Education is empowered to award NCE certificates to qualified students who meet the set NCCE standard and requirements as also approved by Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) for its admissions into NCE programmes.
The college is affiliated with the Enugu State University of Science and Technology, ESUT Eungu, for the production of graduate teachers leading to the award of Bachelor’s degree in Education in their subject areas.

Diamond College of Education is an institution committed to research, teaching and training teachers for both intermediate and higher education.

Diamond College of Education, Aba, provides four years of part-time/sandwich courses respectively leading to the award of the Nigeria Certificate of Education (NCE). The college is an autonomous public institution charged with the responsibility of providing qualitative higher education and promoting the advancement of learning and teaching throughout Nigeria. Part-time and sandwich programme of the college cater for people pursuing a teaching career who want to improve their education careers in all perspectives. The part-time and sandwich students study during the weekends and holidays when primary and secondary schools are on break. The part-time and sandwich programmes have enabled many teachers to upgrade and obtain relevant credentials to progress in their teaching profession.
